Built in 2015, this custom built home has all you need for a fun, family gathering! A spacious kitchen and eating area offers plenty of room for gathering with a dining table for eight. Top of the line appliances will make the chef in your family happy too. The first floor family room and bonus seating area open directly to the pool and patio. A first floor en suite guest room is tucked away at the front of the house. Every day living is easy with a generous sized mudroom, first floor laundry, and 2 other half bathrooms.

The second floor offers a master suite with a view down the beach path. A bonus upstairs family room has direct access to a deck with water views. There are two more large bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has built in twin beds in the front of the house and the bedroom in the back of the house offers a queen size bed and two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. An office overlooks the backyard and pool if you need to sneak away to get a little work done during your stay.

When you return from your day at the beach, take some time to enjoy a fully fenced in backyard retreat. After a quick stop in the outside shower, take a dip in the saltwater pool and then relax with a cocktail. The generous patio and poolside sitting area offer a great place to unwind with lounge chairs for sunbathing, a dining table that seats eight, and sofas surrounding a gas fire pit.

A two week rental is preferred. Rental start and end dates are flexible. No pets allowed. No smoking.

This house on Low Beach Road in 'Sconset is very nice because it has covered porches on both the front and back. The views of the ocean and sand dunes are amazing. The living room is large and has a fireplace. The kitchen is big, with granite counters, a bar with a small fridge, and a laundry room with a sink. A shower is outside on the back deck. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and an office, three guest bedrooms with private bathrooms, and decks with great views. The lower level has a large TV room with surround sound, a pool table, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed, and a full bathroom. Great place to stay on your trip to Nantucket.
