A gambrel-style house with three bedrooms is in the woods across from the Bartlett's Farm fields. It's private, comfortable, and has everything you need. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and an exposed post-and-beam ceiling, a kitchen with an eating area that opens onto a large deck surrounded by pine trees, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, there are two big bedrooms with big closets and a view of pines, as well as a full bathroom. Large sundeck and yard with a small shed with beach chairs and a place to store bikes. The beach is near Cisco, Ladies, and Miacomet. Shuttle stop is close by.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
