Pass through a covered front porch and enter a foyer that connects to a front living room and dining room for eight persons with three fireplaces. Kitchen island seats four. Back deck off kitchen provides dining for eight people. A hallway connects the kitchen to a king bedroom with en-suite bath. Spiral staircase leads to a finished lower level that has a king bed, sitting area with TV, coffee table, fridge and sink. There is also a king bedroom with en-suite European style bathroom. A half bathroom, large storage room and washer and dryer are also on the lower level. Second floor has a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fireplace and also two bedrooms with a shared bathroom in hallway.

There is no need for a car, but there is a private driveway in front of the house that is not on the street. This traditional Nantucket cottage has all new furniture and decorations, as well as luxury European sheets, bedding, towels, dishes, and glasses. In 2012 and 2013, the entire outside of the cottage was re-shingled, and a new back deck and outdoor shower were built, all while keeping the historic Nantucket charm. From May to September, the flowers and hydrangeas are at their best, so have a backyard barbecue with your new gas grill, teak table and chairs, and new adirondack chairs. This two-story home with two bedrooms and one bathroom can easily sleep four people. The bathroom has a new tile floor and a shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The mattresses on all of the beds are new. There is a new 32-inch flat-screen HDTV/DVD in the living room. The dining area is next to the kitchen, which has all new appliances and is fully stocked. Each bedroom has a new 23-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is a new washer and dryer in the laundry room. I got wireless internet and digital cable TV from Comcast.
