There is an open kitchen with dining room and breakfast bar. Cheerful and picturesque island interior.  Tenant to pay $160.00 departure cleaning fee, subject to 11.7% state/local tax.

In July 2016, the new building was finished. Peaceful location in a quiet neighborhood, less than a mile from Sesachacha Pond and the Quidnet beach area. A few miles away is the village of 'Sconset, and the bike path is just down the road. On the first floor of the main house, there is a large living room, a dining room, and a beautiful kitchen with new appliances and a big island with extra seating. The great room leads to a study with a full bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a separate half bathroom in the hall. There is a large laundry room, pantry, and mudroom. A 44 x 22 heated pool with a built-in hot tub can be seen from a wraparound covered porch with dining and living areas. Both have covers that can be retracted. The second floor has more laundry and two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a private deck with a view of the pool and conservation land. There is a room with four bunk beds and a room with two twin beds. The bathroom is down the hall. On the lower level, there is a living room with a wet bar, ping-pong, surround sound, and a king bed. There is an extra king bed in the Studio.

Shimmo cottage that is sweet, bright, and airy. This custom-built home was just finished, and it is in a beautiful, quiet place with all the latest amenities. This property stands out because you can walk or bike to Shimmo Beach, it's close to the Polpis Bike Path and shuttle stop, it's only 1.5 miles to town, and it's only 3 miles to several south shore beaches (you can go all the way on a bike path!).

On the first floor, there is an open living/kitchen area with a powder room and a door that leads to a large, private deck with a shower enclosure. Beautiful outdoor living space where you can eat outside or just relax.

On the second floor, the guest room is large and has a queen-size bed and a single bed. A king-size bed is in the master bedroom. Full, tiled bathroom shared with a private toilet. This house is beautiful and well-done, and it is in a great spot.
