This beach house on the South Shore of Nantucket (Madequecham Valley) has 4 Queen bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private beach. It is surrounded by open and protected land, so it is very private. The large, open floor plan is filled with light and features a modern kitchen, living room, and dining room with great views of the ocean. The dining room has a new pine farmhouse table and new chairs, and it leads out to a very large, open deck with a view of the ocean. The deck has two outdoor dining areas (one seats 10 people and the other seats 4), places to sit, and a hammock. Satellite TV is in the living room. The kitchen has a new gas range that will be installed in August 2020 and is fully stocked with new kitchen tools, cutting boards, glasses, flatware, steak knives, and dinnerware. All four bedrooms have Queen beds with new, organic mattresses, new sheets, and new duvet covers. The master bedroom suite on the second floor has a private bathroom and a large office area, as well as two private decks with sweeping views of the ocean, moors, sunrise, and sunset. One bedroom has a door that leads to a large front deck with a view of the ocean. A shower outside. Weber grills use charcoal. Sheets and beach towels are given. If they are careful, tenants can use the owner's beach umbrellas, deck umbrellas, boogie boards, and paddleboards. The beach and driveway are shared with the other house on the property. No pets.
