Not visible from the main residence with an acre of land between the two, the guest house overlooks the estate's 5,000 square foot, formal gardens from the back patio, the king bedroom and its private balcony. There’s a side lounging patio facing conservation land to the east and an adjacent deck with a large teak dining table that’s shaded amid lovely views of the gardens and surrounding greenery facing south. The home has a wrap-around porch in the front and to one side. 

The estate's celebrated gardens are professionally managed with organic practices to deliver complimentary seasonal weekly vegetable harvests to residents from June through the great bounty weeks after Labor Day, potentially through Thanksgiving. The gardens are open to estate residents as a shared resource to explore and sample and are available for exclusive resident use by advanced reservation. 

A versatile function barn is available to estate residents to rent separately. This five-bedroom guest house sleeps nine. The main residence is also available to rent, and sleeps twelve.

Top of the line appliances will make the chef in your family happy too. The first floor family room and bonus seating area open directly to the pool and patio. A first floor en suite guest room is tucked away at the front of the house. Every day living is easy with a generous sized mudroom, first floor laundry, and 2 other half bathrooms.

The second floor offers a master suite with a view down the beach path. A bonus upstairs family room has direct access to a deck with water views. There are two more large bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has built in twin beds in the front of the house and the bedroom in the back of the house offers a queen size bed and two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. An office overlooks the backyard and pool if you need to sneak away to get a little work done during your stay.

When you return from your day at the beach, take some time to enjoy a fully fenced in backyard retreat. After a quick stop in the outside shower, take a dip in the saltwater pool and then relax with a cocktail. The generous patio and poolside sitting area offer a great place to unwind with lounge chairs for sunbathing, a dining table that seats eight, and sofas surrounding a gas fire pit.

A two week rental is preferred. Rental start and end dates are flexible. No pets allowed. No smoking.

Large mezzanine at the top of the stairs, with cathedral ceilings all over. The Master Suite has a King-size bed and a private full bathroom with a shower and a tub. The suite has a desk area and a balcony with a beautiful view. A queen guest room has its own full bathroom, and a twin guest room has a bathroom in the hall (shower).
