Adjacent to a 2-acre Land Bank preserve, the house faces south, allowing sunlight to flood the living room, great room, and kitchen, creating a light and airy atmosphere. Amenities include an outdoor shower, a large deck, and a spacious Weber gas grill. A 2016 house lift maximizes views of the conservation land, harbor, and Sound from the widow's walk. Guests can enjoy the Boston Pops and July Fourth fireworks from a marvelous rooftop perspective. The home features a new marble bath with a clawfoot tub, new floors, and all-new furniture and decor. Children's Beach is 1/4 mile away, and Jetties Beach, equipped with a snack bar, changing rooms, and bathrooms, is 1/2 mile away. Many guests opt to walk or bike, as the location is convenient without the need for a car. There is one parking spot available on the private lane in front of the house.
