A first floor en suite guest room is tucked away at the front of the house. Every day living is easy with a generous sized mudroom, first floor laundry, and 2 other half bathrooms.

The second floor offers a master suite with a view down the beach path. A bonus upstairs family room has direct access to a deck with water views. There are two more large bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has built in twin beds in the front of the house and the bedroom in the back of the house offers a queen size bed and two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. An office overlooks the backyard and pool if you need to sneak away to get a little work done during your stay.

When you return from your day at the beach, take some time to enjoy a fully fenced in backyard retreat. After a quick stop in the outside shower, take a dip in the saltwater pool and then relax with a cocktail. The generous patio and poolside sitting area offer a great place to unwind with lounge chairs for sunbathing, a dining table that seats eight, and sofas surrounding a gas fire pit.

A two week rental is preferred. Rental start and end dates are flexible. No pets allowed. No smoking.

This home is in the exclusive neighborhood of Monomoy, which makes it both private and close to the town of Nantucket. It's in the middle of everything: Main Street, the airport, and the shops you need are all less than a mile away. At the end of Monomoy Road, you can get on the bike paths that are made just for bikes. And Monomoy Beach, which is one of the best beaches on the island because it is quiet and has great views of the harbor, is close to the house. This is a great place to launch a boat, paddle a kayak, or spend the day beachcombing.
The upside-down house has a large, bright living and dining area with a deck that looks out over the Monomoy Creeks, the town, and the harbor in the distance. A fully equipped kitchen has plenty of room to cook and have guests over. The master bedroom and a large second bedroom with two queen beds and a sitting area are also on this level. Below, on the first level, there is an extra living room, three bright bedrooms, and an office that open up to lawns and well-kept gardens. A TV/play area is in a loft on the third floor. In the summer, centralized air conditioning keeps everyone cool and comfortable, and high-speed Wi-Fi and cable are among the amenities. The house also has a large garage with room for two cars and a lot of bikes, a full laundry room, and two fireplaces that work.
