Miacomet Pond is a calm fresh-water swimming spot, fabulous for small children. Great views from almost every room in the house. Fabulous back yard, several large decks and multiple outdoor living areas, including a pool deck with a cafe table and lounge chairs, a southerly facing deck with large farm table, an outdoor swinging bed and a patio with fire pit. House is set up to accommodate two families. Great beach house. Recently renovated with all new furnishings, linens and kitchenware.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
