In July 2016, the new building was finished. Peaceful location in a quiet neighborhood, less than a mile from Sesachacha Pond and the Quidnet beach area. A few miles away is the village of 'Sconset, and the bike path is just down the road. On the first floor of the main house, there is a large living room, a dining room, and a beautiful kitchen with new appliances and a big island with extra seating. The great room leads to a study with a full bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a separate half bathroom in the hall. There is a large laundry room, pantry, and mudroom. A 44 x 22 heated pool with a built-in hot tub can be seen from a wraparound covered porch with dining and living areas. Both have covers that can be retracted. The second floor has more laundry and two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a private deck with a view of the pool and conservation land. There is a room with four bunk beds and a room with two twin beds. The bathroom is down the hall. On the lower level, there is a living room with a wet bar, ping-pong, surround sound, and a king bed. There is an extra king bed in the Studio.

The house is built in an upside-down style and looks out over conservation land and water in the distance. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are on the first floor (master bedroom has private bathroom and the bathroom in the hall is shower only). On the second floor, the living room is open to the dining room and kitchen, and there is a powder room. Open stairs lead up to the loft above the kitchen. French doors lead to a deck on the second floor, where you can see the ocean in the distance. There is a double futon in the room next to the kitchen. Widow's Walk is not accessible to renters.
