On the first floor, there is an open living and dining room with doors that lead to a big deck. The kitchen is great and has cathedral ceilings. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed and a full bathroom. A full bathroom is shared by two guest rooms with two twin beds each.
The large guest room on the second floor has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom.
In the basement, there is a family room with a TV and a full bathroom.

This is a great spot near both town and the beach. The sunsets are magnificent with both first and second floor water views. Around the property are beautiful lawns and gardens. A patio is a great place to hang out with family and friends. There's a big pool with loungers.
On the first floor, there is a large, open living and dining area with cathedral ceilings. There is a breakfast nook and seating area in the kitchen, as well as bar seating. Beautiful sun room with a view of the large yard. Room with its own bathroom. Office to yourself. Laundry/mud room. Powder room.
On the second floor, the master bedroom is large and has a king bed and a private bathroom. There were three bedrooms: one with two twin beds, one with two double beds, and one with a queen bed. Each of these rooms has a bathroom right next to it.
The guest cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen, living room, and dining room on the second floor. On the first floor, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom share a hall bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is on the second floor. The second-floor bathroom is off the hallway.
Having a lot of privacy makes a great vacation hideaway. For the summer of 2020, there will be a new swimming pool. Tenants are not allowed to use Widows Walk.

This custom-built home, designed by Graham Goldsmith, is on the water in Pocomo and has every luxury a Nantucket vacationer could want.

On the first floor, you walk into a foyer with a powder room. Straight ahead is a formal living room with a fireplace, TV, and French doors that lead out to an impressive screened-in porch with a clear view of the harbor. On the right is a wood-paneled office with a wet bar, TV, two work stations, and access to the elevator. The formal dining room is next to the living room. It has room for ten people and doors that lead to the front or back porch. Beyond the living room is the kitchen, which is made of stone and has a Viking stove and oven, a wine fridge, refrigerated drawers, and a TV area. The first floor also has a mud room and a small office.

The master bedroom suite is on the second floor. It has a king bed, a window seat, a TV, and a deck with a view of the harbor. A beautiful bathroom with a separate tub, double vanity, and shower can be reached through a dressing area. The laundry room and a bedroom with a king bed, a window seat, and a private bathroom with a shower are at the end of the main hallway. The second floor has a third room with two twin beds at the end of a hallway and a bathroom with a tub/shower.

On the lower level, there is an open family room with comfy chairs, a game table, and a TV. The room has a bathroom with a tub/shower and two twin beds. The lower level also has a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Cottage: To the left of the entrance is a room with two twin beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower, as well as a room with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is an open living area with doors that lead out to a deck with amazing views, a dining table for four, and a kitchen with Viking appliances and stone surfaces. The cottage's lower level has a room with two twin beds, a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a laundry room. STUDIO: A quiet place to relax after a day in the sun. The first floor has an open living area with a bathroom (tub/shower), and the second floor has a king bedroom with a bathroom (shower) and a TV.
