One bedroom has built in twin beds in the front of the house and the bedroom in the back of the house offers a queen size bed and two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. An office overlooks the backyard and pool if you need to sneak away to get a little work done during your stay.

When you return from your day at the beach, take some time to enjoy a fully fenced in backyard retreat. After a quick stop in the outside shower, take a dip in the saltwater pool and then relax with a cocktail. The generous patio and poolside sitting area offer a great place to unwind with lounge chairs for sunbathing, a dining table that seats eight, and sofas surrounding a gas fire pit.

A two week rental is preferred. Rental start and end dates are flexible. No pets allowed. No smoking.

The cottage was built in 2002, and its furniture was redone in the spring of 2014. Only the best antique materials were used to build it, like hand-hewn barn wood beams, soft pine flooring from 200 years ago, antique wainscot, salvaged hardware, and antique pine doors. It looks like a 200-year-old Shaker home. But even though the house looks old, it has all the modern comforts, like high-end appliances, fixtures, air conditioning, and fine linens and china. The property is two blocks from the town center, but it is quiet and private because it is in the middle of the historic Nantucket Lily Pond preserve. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The guest house next to it has a great room on the first floor and a studio with a queen bed, private bathroom, and kitchenette on the second floor. Pets may be allowed if the owner gives written permission in the lease agreement. Talk to your broker about this.
