Antique style Nantucket home

The cottage was built in 2002, and its furniture was redone in the spring of 2014. Only the best antique materials were used to build it, like hand-hewn barn wood beams, soft pine flooring from 200 years ago, antique wainscot, salvaged hardware, and antique pine doors. It looks like a 200-year-old Shaker home. But even though the house looks old, it has all the modern comforts, like high-end appliances, fixtures, air conditioning, and fine linens and china. The property is two blocks from the town center, but it is quiet and private because it is in the middle of the historic Nantucket Lily Pond preserve. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The guest house next to it has a great room on the first floor and a studio with a queen bed, private bathroom, and kitchenette on the second floor.
