Attractive house on North Beach Street, close to Jetties beach and town. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom with a stall shower. The guest bedroom also has a king bed and its own bathroom. On the second floor, the living room is open to the dining room and kitchen, and there is a powder room. From the living room, you can get to the large, covered, and screened-in deck. There is also a door that leads to the open grilling deck. On the third floor, there is a twin room with its own bathroom and a guest room. Non-smoking house. Central Air. Each bedroom and the living room have a TV. At the end of the lease, the owner pays for 4 hours of cleaning. Back of house has an outdoor shower with a door. Back of the house is a place to park and a yard. NO PETS.
