This beach cottage has everything you need and is close to a private beach. This well-equipped cottage has a lot of space, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom right next to it. There are two twin beds in the second room. There are two sets of bunk beds in the third room. The bathroom in the hall has both a tub and a shower, as well as a washer and dryer. There is also a CD player, a DVD/VCR player, and wireless Internet access in the cottage. There is a big yard and a great deck with an outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. The cottage is close to a bus stop and bike path in Madaket. Madaket is a great place to swim, surf, ride a bike, and watch beautiful sunsets.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
