Entrance level - First floor: primary suite (Q) has french doors to large deck, granite and marble bath with double vanity and shower. Second master suite (Q) with cathedral ceiling and granite and marble bath with air jet jacuzzi tub, shower, and double vanity. Laundry on this level. Lower level: Bedroom (Q) bath with steam shower. Study with 2 single beds. Media room with wet bar has HDTV. Outdoor shower.

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
