Beautiful beach house located on Bluff overlooking the harbor. View of the water from every room, on one acre, 26 acres of undeveloped land to right, smaller cottage to left. Stairs to beach. Large deck. Faces Northwest. Beautiful sunsets. NO PET POLICY. First floor: Open dining room, kitchen, and living room area with fireplace; Guest bedroom with full bath. Laundry and storage room. Second Floor - Primary bedroom with bath and deck, Romp area with two small bedrooms (first with two twins; second with bunk bed and share full bath. Cathedral ceilings. Harbor is great for small children to swim. You can moor your boat off the house, six miles to town. Close to Great Point fishing (need 4WD).

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
