It's on the bike path - providing a safe, short cycle to beaches, Bartlett's Farm, and other points of interest. The ground floor comprises four bedrooms, a shared, full bath/shower with two sinks, an ensuite bathroom with shower, laundry facilities, and access to the back patio.
