Every Naushop home has been provided with six recreation tags, so use is restricted to that amount. Tennis and Pickleball courts are bustling from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM daily during the season. Homeowners, registered tenants, and their guests with valid recreation tags can take advantage; proper clothing and footwear are a must. Items such as glass containers, alcoholic beverages, food, and animals are not allowed on the courts, which should only be used to play tennis.
When you’re finished taking advantage of this neighborhood’s amenities, exploring the rest of the island is a breeze. Naushop’s proximity to the Surfside, ‘Sconset, and Town bike paths makes it a breeze to reach the beaches, trails, and Town. Plus, it has the bonus of being situated near the gorgeous shorelines of the south shore. It’s only 4 miles to Cisco Beach and 1.2 to 1.5 miles to Surfside/Nobadeer/Fisherman’s Beach. ‘Sconset Beach is 5.5 miles away, while Monomoy/Polpis/Shimmo beaches are 1.5 to 3 miles away. That makes getting to and from the shore a breeze!
