Nestled on a side street just beyond the Atheneum, Queequeg offers a romantic spot for dinner in a relaxed bistro atmosphere with an intimate bar scene.
The dining room exudes comfort with its inviting color palette and eclectic artwork. The patio is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The patio next to Queequeg’s is linked to a restaurant called Town, and the space in between is called ‘The Tree Bar’. During peak season, it’s a lively spot full of activity.
Owners John Keane and Caroline Montgomery chose the name in homage to the character from “Moby Dick” – a young man in the prime of life, the embodiment of the modern-day spirit.
The menu takes you on a culinary journey, blending classic comfort food with European flavors. Their talented chef has perfected the art of flavor, ensuring every bite is heavenly. Located in the center of downtown, open all year round, Queequeg’s is the local gem.
Queequeg serves up high-quality, locally-sourced seafood dishes at affordable prices. The small but inviting dining room is perfect for a cozy evening, while in the warmer months, the patio is great for taking in the sights of the city. Reservations are recommended.
