The back deck of this bright and airy Surfside beach house has a great view of the water. The living room on the first floor has a fireplace, pine floors, and a door that leads to a deck with a grill and outdoor furniture. The dining room faces the ocean and is open to the kitchen, which is fully equipped. The first floor has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub and a shower, a large mud room with tiled floors, a washer and dryer, and a door to an enclosed outdoor shower. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, one with two full-size beds, one with a single full-size bed, and one with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a tub and a shower off the hallway that all three bedrooms share. No Pets.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
