This bright and cheery multi-level home is tastefully decorated and furnished. On the first floor, there is a big, open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Each of the two bedrooms has two twin beds and a full bathroom. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The master bedroom suite is on the second floor. It has a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet/changing room. There are apple trees in the lovely raised gardens and patio. Home is on a quiet lane off of Pleasant St. in town. Sofa Bed - day bed. Outside shower with a curtain around it. There are AC window units in two bedrooms. Pets are okay if the landlord gives written permission. Ask your broker.

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
