This centrally located, family friendly beachfront cottage has unique access to Nantucket harbor, beaches, and an abundance of recreational activities. A private path leads to miles of lovely beach. The property is on a quiet street, enclosed by privet, mature trees and flowering plants. The sunny harbor side of the house has a large private yard and features splendid views across the Nantucket harbor filled with boats, the town of Nantucket, Brant Point and Coatue. The front of the cottage has a lovely, shaded private garden, perfect for afternoon cocktails and games of crocket. The first floor of the house has an open floor plan including the kitchen, dining and living areas great for entertaining, quiet evenings or family time. There are 3 bedrooms full of sunlight and ample closet and dresser space off the main room. They include a large master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, bedroom with a queen bed and bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bathroom. All the beds, linens and towels in the house are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, serving dishes and tools. The washer/dryer is conveniently in the kitchen. The first floor walls are paneled with a unique, beautiful, rich wood. The floors are all wide board oak. The second floor has an open floor plan with a double bed, 2 twin beds, a sitting area and full bathroom. It is accessed by an outside staircase. The interior has wood paneling, comfortable furniture and wall-to-wall carpet. The views from the second floor are very special. You can look forward to showering in the outdoor shower while enjoying the view.
