This property is right in the middle of the Historic District, close to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and both ferry terminals. The house is well taken care of and has enough space for a big family to spread out. On the first floor, there is a large central hall, to the right of which is an open living room with a dining area, and to the left is a single twin bedroom with a half bath. At the back of the first floor is the kitchen, which leads to a large covered porch with plenty of room to sit and eat outside. The master king bedroom has a full bathroom and a door to the porch.
