On the other side is a protected open space. There are plenty of places to park that are not on the street. It's not far to Main Street. The living room and dining room are open to each other, and the kitchen has been updated separately. There is one bathroom with a tub and a shower. Two bedrooms on the second floor share a full bathroom with a shower. One set of bunk beds is in a bedroom on the garden level. In 2019, the house will have central air, new wood floors, and bathrooms that have been fixed up.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
