Classic beach house with detached guest studio

There are two bedrooms off the living room. Large deck. Detached Studio Cottage has a bedroom with two twin beds that can be put together to make a king-size bed and a full bathroom (T/S). Across the street from this house is a small parking lot where boats can be launched and docked. Amazing views of the ocean and sunset. Ask your broker if you can have a pet for an extra fee if the owner gives you written permission.
