Clean 3 bedroom home on outskirts of Town

On the edge of town, across the street from the bike path, is a clean and tidy three-bedroom house. First floor: Open floor plan. The living room is to the left when you walk in. It has hardwood floors and a lot of windows. On the right is a fireplace with brick walls. Move on to the dining room. French doors open to deck area. A large kitchen is to the right of the dining room. A built-in island with at least four seats separates the kitchen from the dining area. A picnic table and a place to sit are on the screened porch. From the kitchen, you can go into a room with a Queen bed or a full bathroom. On the second floor, bedrooms are to the right and left of the middle stairs. In the first room, there is a Queen bed, a sitting area, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a sitting area with a double sofa bed that pulls out, and a full bathroom. Kids can play on the grass in the front and back yards. There are a lot of parking spots and an open-air shower. The deck is reached by two sets of stairs. There are chairs and a Weber gas grill on the deck. There is a pack-n-play (crib) and a high chair.
