Cottage and brand new studio overlooking Hummock Pond with a private dock and kayaks! Gorgeous views across Sanford Farm to the distant ocean. The cottage is simple but well equipped. It has a screened in front porch, open living and dining area with cathedral ceilings and kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with a Queen and one with a set of Twins, share a hall bathroom. Window a/c units are available. The Studio, built in 2014, is 2-levels with great views! The first level is a deck, living area and wet bar. The second level is a spacious bedroom with a King bed and private deck; full bathroom with shower. Great views over the pond to the distant ocean. Incredible sunsets!

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
