On the second floor, there is a built-in desk and computer area at the top of the landing. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the bathroom in the hall has a large shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that are built in. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. Parking on street. NOTE: A year-round couple lives in an apartment in the basement. This couple has a second entrance and a place to sit outside. No smoking, no pets. The property's owner lives in the main house.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
