Bedroom connects to the bath that has a shower that with a Water Works "Rain shower head". The bedroom has French doors that open to a small private deck that steps down to an outdoor shower. Both bedroom and living room have ceiling fans and a window unit air conditioner is in the bedroom. Custom built home with many details and decorative painting. Nice outdoor living space with gas grill and dinning area with large sun umbrella for shade. Right across the street from a bike path and an easy walk to Surfside Beach. Couch in living room pulls out to Queen bed.

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
