Interior: Large eat in kitchen with dining table. From kitchen, enter a large living room with fireplace. Off living room is a hall, to the right a Twin bedroom, Full bath, Twin bedroom and Queen bedroom facing the dunes with private bath with shower. This house is simply and comfortably furnished. There are window AC units in the bedrooms. There is also a four bedroom cottage that is available and could be rented together depending on availability.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
