Comfortable in-door and out-door living space. First Floor: Living room and dining room with a round table that seats six. Den with flat screen TV. Large kitchen with a family dining area (seats 10) opens to deck with a table, chairs and umbrella. Laundry room and bathroom. Master suite with king bedroom with separate office and en suite bathroom with double sinks and standing steam shower. French doors to outdoor deck and private outdoor shower. Second Floor: Two guest bedrooms with queen beds, sitting area with sofa bed/futon, TV shared bathroom with shower and tub. Central air conditioning (3 zones), extra fans throughout; 4 flat screen TV's with cable, DVD in den. Off street parking for 2 cars. Two outdoor showers.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
