Spacious primary king bedroom suite is located over new rec room with ping pong and has private full bathroom and walk-in closet. Large, private and nicely maintained yard with lovely gardens, brick patio, swing set, & small sandbox. Ping pong table and yard games, etc. Central AC. Tenant to pay $650 departure cleaning fee, subject to 11.7% state/local tax.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
