Fabulous summer retreat!

Enjoy this summer retreat, a short stroll (2/10 of a mile) from one of the most beautiful ocean beaches on the island. On the second floor wraparound deck you have peeks of the water and cool ocean breezes. There is a large grass yard as you enter the property, and manicured gardens throughout. The large open living room and kitchen/dining area are on the second floor along with the master suite and spacious en-suite bath with oversized jacuzzi tub. Kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked. The first floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. House has flat screen TVs and an in-window air conditioning in the master bedroom. Wash off from your day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Enjoy an al fresco meal on the brick patio with teak table and chairs. The upstairs deck can be accessed from the living room door or from the master suite sliding doors. Take a short stroll to the beach, bike to the charming town of Sconset, or drive into the center of Nantucket with its many restaurants and shops. Visit the Old Wharf, the Dreamland movie theater or the numerous galleries. You can also find boating, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. Owner may allow one pet dog with written permission, please inquire with your broker.
