New Lane is also on the Madaket Loop public transit which can take you to the Steamship Authority Ferry, Whaling Museum, or out to Madaket Beach & Madaket Millie's. It's just over a mile to Stop & Shop & Downy Flake, and about half a mile to Something Natural for great sandwiches on the way to the beach!

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
