Enter into the front foyer which opens up to a large and inviting open living room with sectional seating, flat-screen television, and a decorative fireplace. Off the living room is a powder room with a door that leads to the outdoor shower. There is a separate office for remote working. The gorgeous, expansive kitchen has stone countertops, a large island with seating for eight, a six-burner Wolf range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a coffee bar set-up, and a separate bar area with a wine refrigerator. The large, round stone dining table with seating for eight is on the far side of the bar area. Next to the kitchen is a large laundry room with two sets of Electrolux washers, dryers and plenty of storage and a side door to the patio area. French doors from the main kitchen/dining area open out to the side porch, yard, and beautiful pool and hot tub area. The porch has lounge seating with a coffee table, the patio has a dining table with seating for seven, and there are comfortable chaise lounges around the pool.
