Gorgeous Brant Point home

Wynterwade was built on the Cliff, but in the early 1900s, it was moved to the Brant Point neighborhood. The house is surrounded by open space and has a view of the water. There is a public path across the street, and the public beaches and town are a short walk away. The front porch has a roof that goes all the way around, making it a great place to sit outside and for kids to play. The front door opens into a large living room with a TV, stereo, and an attached sun room. The living room opens into the dining room, and the dining room opens into the living room. The renovated kitchen is connected to the dining room on the south side. There is also a small back deck and a bathroom. The second-floor bedrooms (king, queen, a pair of twins, and a single) share two bathrooms. All of the second-floor bedrooms have views and plenty of light. On the third floor, there are two more bedrooms with views. One has a king bed, and the other has a double bed and two twin beds.
