This house is on the edge of town in a rural area. First floor: The entryway is large, and the first floor is open and airy, with beamed ceilings, a half bath, a sitting room with a fireplace, and pastoral views from the kitchen, dining room, and family room. Separate entrance to the laundry room or mudroom. On the second floor, the master bedroom has a bathroom, and three other bedrooms share a hall bathroom. The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a queen sleep sofa. The apartment can't be rented without renting the main house as well.

House Rules
There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full
payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not
received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally
terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and
commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then
Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is
not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There
is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
