The house is near Steps Beach, Jetties Beach, The Oldest House, and the center of town. It is near the historic district and the exclusive Cliff Road area. The house is near Something Natural, a bakery and sandwich shop in the area. The front porch is a nice place to sit and watch the world go by. The big back yard has both sun and two big trees that give shade. There is also a gas grill, tables, and chairs for you to use when you want to eat outside. Breezes and ocean air will help you relax while you are here. The house is very comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. You can walk to the center of town in just a few minutes. A/C in the whole building. The Master Bedroom on the first floor has a King bed and its own bathroom, while the Queen Bedroom shares the Guest Bathroom. On the second floor, the twin and full bedrooms share a bathroom. Close by are bike paths and stops for shuttle buses.
