Gorgeous home with ocean views in Sconset

This house on Low Beach Road in 'Sconset is very nice because it has covered porches on both the front and back. The views of the ocean and sand dunes are amazing. The living room is large and has a fireplace. The kitchen is big, with granite counters, a bar with a small fridge, and a laundry room with a sink. A shower is outside on the back deck. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and an office, three guest bedrooms with private bathrooms, and decks with great views. The lower level has a large TV room with surround sound, a pool table, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed, and a full bathroom. Great place to stay on your trip to Nantucket.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
