Naushop is a lovely designed community that is close to town, Sconset as well as South Shore beaches. With a stay at this property one can enjoy the many amenities of the Naushop neighborhood, which includes a renovated clubhouse, community pool, tennis courts, a new pickle-ball court and playground. There is an open floor plan on the first floor that has a fireplace, 8-seat dining area accompanied by a beautifully designed kitchen along with a family room that opens up to a large patio. The patio includes a dining table and comfortable lounging set. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with a shared bath(Queen +King) and on the lower level, there is a lounge bedroom with 3 queen beds, bath and ping pong table.

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
