"Grey Seal" offers mid century modern look with a 21st-century luxury

Grey Seal is mid-century modern with a luxury update by a well-known international designer for the 21st century. Placed to take advantage of both the beach and the sunset, this is the best place to relax. You can walk or ride a bike to the beach or take the bus into town. Stop by Millies Restaurant for dinner or Millies Market to pick up something you forgot. First Floor: On the first floor, there are two master suites, each with a king bed, a private bathroom, and French doors that lead out to the beautifully landscaped grounds. On the second floor, the living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open to each other. A wall of glass and French doors lead out to the deck. The ultra-gourmet chef's kitchen has Miele luxury appliances like double convection ovens, a microwave, double warming drawers, a built-in espresso bar, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a Fisher Paykel refrigerator. At the side bar, there is an under-counter wine/drink cooler and an ice machine. Two more guest rooms are on the second floor. One has a king bed and a door that leads to an outdoor deck, and the other has two twin beds. Both of them have their own bathrooms. On the third floor, there is a loft with a sitting area and a great view of conservation land, the beach, and the ocean. This upper level has an extra powder room.
