"Lydia" cottage is located on historic Old North Wharf in downtown Nantucket. The cottage is a studio arrangement with a sitting and dining area that overlooks Easy Street boat basin. There is one queen bed. There is a separate galley kitchen and a bathroom with a shower stall. Included with the rental is mid week cleaning service, a parking space for one car and the use of a guest laundry room. There is dockage for a boat up to 32 feet (drawing 4 feet maximum) in front of the cottage. "Lydia" also has a nice yard for waterside lounging. The cottage is well maintained, comfortable and nicely decorated. This is a non-smoking house.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
