This Shimmo summer cottage looks out over Nantucket harbor and has a wide view of the town, Brant Point, and Coatue. It takes you back to the summers of old Nantucket. Private beach is a three-minute walk down sandy roads. "Sweep Out" is a classic summer cottage. It is clean and nicely decorated. The house is between Monomoy and Polpis, and it only takes a few minutes to drive into town. From the large deck, it feels like you're away from the hustle and bustle of town, but you can still see everything going on in the harbor with the colorful boats coming and going from the island. Full kitchen, laundry room, and dining/living room. The bathroom with the tub and shower is right next to the kitchen. unk bedroom (4) with a bathroom that has a tub and a shower, Full bedroom. The bedrooms on the first floor have doors that lead to the decks and yards outside. On the second floor, there is a King room with a clawfoot tub and a shower, and a Twin room. Shimmo has the right to swim at the beach.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
