Magnificent home with pool in Monomoy

This is a great spot near both town and the beach. The sunsets are magnificent with both first and second floor water views. Around the property are beautiful lawns and gardens. A patio is a great place to hang out with family and friends. There's a big pool with loungers. On the first floor, there is a large, open living and dining area with cathedral ceilings. There is a breakfast nook and seating area in the kitchen, as well as bar seating. Beautiful sun room with a view of the large yard. Room with its own bathroom. Office to yourself. Laundry/mud room. Powder room. On the second floor, the master bedroom is large and has a king bed and a private bathroom. There were three bedrooms: one with two twin beds, one with two double beds, and one with a queen bed. Each of these rooms has a bathroom right next to it. The guest cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen, living room, and dining room on the second floor. On the first floor, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom share a hall bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is on the second floor. The second-floor bathroom is off the hallway. Having a lot of privacy makes a great vacation hideaway. For the summer of 2020, there will be a new swimming pool. Tenants are not allowed to use Widows Walk.
