Modern beach house with bright white interiors and a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances. A separate cottage on the property gives a large family or several groups a lot of privacy. The swimming pool and hot tub/spa are new for summer 2019 and are surrounded by beautiful stonework. The pool is in front of the guest cottage and behind the house. The spa is 8 feet by 8 feet. On the first floor, there is a formal dining room, a play room, an office, a wet bar, the kitchen, and a living area. French doors lead to a beautiful yard with a hammock pergola and an outside shower. You can get to the back yard and the cottage/studio via a stone path. The master bedroom on the second floor is big and has a walk-in closet. The tile floor in the master bathroom is heated, and the step-in shower has two sinks. The bathroom for the second and third bedrooms is in the hallway. The washer and dryer for doing laundry are in the bathroom in the hall. Loft office or studio space on the third floor.
