Sleeping loft for an extra 2 guests on the 3rd floor bridge; 3 full baths plus custom outdoor shower on the veranda just off the bedrooms. Central A/C. All new appliances, mirror TV, lux mattresses & PELOTON. Condé Best Beach ‘20 The space The house is located in what people say is the top spot on Nantucket and we agree: Brant Point is just outside of Town where the ferry comes in and is convenient with or without a car. You can walk or ride bikes to most places, and the Island’s best beaches and restaurants are a short walk from the house!! No need to schlep, it’s all right here in this pristine example of an “upside down house” on the Island of Nantucket. There are gorgeous gardens, 4 brand new bikes, gas grill on the dining deck off the living room, parking for 2 cars, everything you need for the beach, an outdoor shower right off the first floor bedroom deck , first floor den with wine bar and TV, and wonderful custom outdoor seating areas on all of the 3 decks on this fantastic coastal dream house. Sleeps 8-10 (2 day beds are located on the 3rd floor bridge above the living room which leads to the roof walk.) Other things to note This house is great fun for kids, but parents should be aware for younger children of the many stairs in this 3 floor + roof-walk home, second-floor decks the span the length, the open banisters on the 3rd floor bridge, and the ease of the roof walk’s access at this airy, modern Beach House. By reserving this house, you are agreeing to be aware of these aspects of this house for yourself, family and guests. Child-proofing is the responsibility of the parents/guardians and should not be permanently altering to the physical house. Tenant to pay $800 cleaning fee, subject to 11.7% state/local tax.
