Master and queen bedroom have views of the ocean and the moors. Second floor over the garage: attached fourth bedroom with king and a single bed, this room has a TV and VCR. Central a/c. House is in a private and secluded area. There is no phone on the property. Great views of the ocean and the moors. $250.00 exit cleaning fee to be deducted from the security deposit. Two week minimum rental term in July & August.
