Newly constructed home in convenient location mid Island

This brand-new house is in a quiet area off Polpis Road, right across from Moor's End Farm, and is only a mile from the rotary. The property has a country feel because it is next to the moors, which are a large area of protected land in the middle of Nantucket Island. The house has a full unfinished basement and 2200 square feet of living space on two floors (unfurnished). The living room is on the second floor, and the bedrooms are on the first floor. On the first floor, there are three rooms, and each has its own bathroom. There are three suites: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. On the first floor is also where the laundry room is. On the second floor, there is a large kitchen, a living/dining area with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, and a bedroom. The dining room has enough room for 10 people. Also, there is a cozy den with a TV and a fireplace. The den has a queen-size sofa bed that can be used to sleep extra people. A full bathroom is right next to the den. There is an outside shower and a big deck on the second floor that looks out over the big yard. Behind the property, there are miles of trails to explore, and at the end of the driveway is a marked Nantucket Conservation trail. The Wave Shuttle bus stops and bike path are close by. Please note that all landscaping will be finished in the spring of 2018.
