The house is right across the street from the Surfside bike path, and it's only a short walk to Surfside Beach. On the first floor, there is a living room, eat-in kitchen, half-bath off the mudroom, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and guest room with en suite bathroom. On the second floor, there are two big bedrooms that share a large bathroom with two sinks. A bench and a sitting area are in the hallway. The basement is finished and has a pull-out couch and a big TV. Large yard. Pool in the ground.

House Rules
There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full
payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not
received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally
terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and
commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then
Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is
not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There
is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
